Leased Embodied Labs VR Kits
If you have a leased Embodied Labs VR kit, we are able to replace items in your kits in most circumstances for the duration of your leasing period. Please contact Embodied Labs Support for further assistance.
Legacy (Purchased) Embodied Labs VR Kits
If you have purchased an Embodied Labs VR kit under our legacy contract model, we are not able to replace your items. However, we are happy to help answer questions and provide recommendations on how and where to provision new parts. Please contact Embodied Labs Support for questions.
